Today I’ll show you how to create product catalog on WhatsApp business, including how to setup your WhatsApp business account for your business.
You should know that WhatsApp Business is completely separate to the standard version of WhatsApp, but it works in much the same manner.
Its main purpose is to connect businesses and customers, rather than friends and family (which was the main reason why the WhatsApp Messenger was built). The app is aimed at small business owners.
Currently WhatsApp has over 2 Billion users in over 180 countries to stay in touch with their customers, friends and family, anytime and anywhere.
You can use both the WhatsApp Business app and WhatsApp Messenger simultaneously on one device as long as the accounts are registered with two different phone numbers.
You should know that you cannot use one phone numbeSr to open WhatsApp Business app and WhatsApp Messenger.
Note: If you have an existing WhatsApp Messenger account, you can easily migrate your account, including chat history and media, to a new WhatsApp Business account. Your chat history can’t be moved back to WhatsApp Messenger if you decide to stop using the WhatsApp Business app.
You can use WhatsApp business app for your small business instead of creating an online shop which will cost some cash when buying domain name and a hosting account.
Numerous number of small business owners are using WhatsApp business app to connect to thousands of potential clients and they do make profit.
